Please log into the Parent Portal or contact your county’s Local Program Partner to update your mailing address.

Due to the volume of books being mailed, books can take 10-14 business days from the shipment date to arrive in your mailbox. It is normal for a book to arrive in the following month.

If you have moved, please make sure to update your address. Books will not be forwarded to your new address.

To update your book collection to Spanish/English bilingual books, please log into the Parent Portal or contact your county’s Local Program Partner.
