Distribution, Firelands Visit

Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine joined COSI’s Learning Lunchbox Giveaway in Cleveland, Ohio. Families received COSI’s Learning Lunchbox and a box of food from the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

Each Learning Lunchbox is filled with hands-on science activities, and reading resources, including enrollment forms for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Ohio.

Additionally, Mrs. DeWine toured the Center for Women & Newborns at the Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio. She observed the process in place for enrolling newborn infants in the Imagination Library. After the tour, Mrs. DeWine read The Very Hungry Caterpillar to a group of preschoolers.
